Favorite Childhood Books

When I was a child I enjoyed Roald Dahl books such as "Matilda," "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," and "Witches."

For my Resources and Services for Children's class, I had to make this little image clip to portray one of my favorite childhood literature memories.

So here it is "I found a golden ticket!"

I thought of portraying that moment from "Matilda" when the boy accidentally super glues his finger inside his nose while digging for boogers. When I was a child, I stared at that picture laughing until it hurt. I had to show the picture to everyone I knew would think it was hilarious.

I also would have liked to do Ramona pulling on her classmate's curls (from Beverly Cleary's "Ramona the Pest").

What are your favorite children's literature moments?
