Finished "The House of Many Ways"

I really liked this book a lot. It's one of my favorite books now. I think I liked it best of all the "Howl's Castle" series. Charmain is a lazy girl who learns to do things for herself. Her mother is "respectable" and respectable people never do things for themselves. So Charmain was taught the same way. When she is away from her mother she learns its much better to do things for herself.

She learns magic and she helps the kingdom and learns a secret about a fantastic dog who adopted her. She discovers wonderful things about her Great-Uncles house in which she is put in charge of watching.

Howl and Sophie make a reappearance. Howl's reappearance is quite annoying but very much like him.
